They are a few factors in place when we rely on users to upkeep our businesses and services. One of the main areas of concern is the exportation of company resources and data. As a Top level manager, I’m not going to know what information is being exported out of the work area but, I can have a general idea of the possible data with the help of a few security awareness training. Users are the first and last line of defense to our corporate network and we have to equip them with all of the tools required to be successful as a employee and security perspective.

The point of security awareness assessment is to equip employers and employees with the knowledge they need to react to identified threats. New threat are exposed everyday. Users are not going to know how to react to threats if there not trained to do so. You cant enforce new laws that are not made public, its needs to be publish to the people and understood. They need to be taught what their employers consider risky or acceptable, what clues to look for that indicate threats, and how to respond when they see them. These days, security is everyone’s responsibility. Even seemingly harmless behaviors or small mistakes can have big consequences. Security awareness Assessment helps get everyone in an organization on the same page, reduces risks and incidents, and helps the entire workforce understand the importance of security awareness. Know what a theft says, wear and do is key to detecting to inform the proper reporting channels.
